Drops MediaWiki 1.39 (REL1_39) support per WE-629 (parent epic WE-620).
Changes
.github/workflows/ci.yaml— removed theREL1_39/ SMW4.2.0entry from the Static Analysis (Phan) job matrix. The PHPUnit job matrix had no active REL1_39 entry (already commented out referencing WLDR-421), so it is unchanged.extension.json— bumpedrequires.MediaWikifrom>= 1.39.0to>= 1.43.0.No other files were modified.
Validation
ci.yamlparses cleanly (yaml.safe_load); both remaining matrices now contain onlyREL1_43.extension.jsonparses cleanly (json.load) with"MediaWiki": ">= 1.43.0".
